Product support
If something goes wrong with an upload, a package or a download, sign in to the app and open History to check the status of your analysis. When you email us, include the time of the analysis and the email you sign in with so we can find it quickly.
Privacy and data requests
We take your privacy seriously and answer every data request. ResumeCaliper is operated by Arseniy Rusentsov, self-employed in Spain, trading as ResumeCaliper. Full controller details (registered address, NIF, and privacy contact email) are listed in our Privacy Policy and Legal notice, which also explain your rights under the GDPR — access, correction, deletion, portability and objection — and how to complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
When you’re signed in, you can export or delete your account yourself under Privacy & data in the app. If you can’t sign in, use the privacy contact listed in the Privacy Policy with enough detail for us to find your account, such as the email you sign in with.
