About
A faster way to make your CV fit the job
ResumeCaliper isn’t a blank resume builder. You upload the CV you already have, paste one job description, and get a match score and a tailored, ATS-friendly version to review before you apply.
Our approach
Most tools polish a generic resume. We focus on one job at a time: we compare your CV with a specific role, align your wording with what the employer is asking for — truthfully — and give you a rewritten version built only from what you’ve already written.
What we care about
- Your privacy. A CV is deeply personal. Your name and contact details never reach our servers or the AI, and we keep your files only as long as you need them.
- Honesty. We rephrase and reorder your real experience. We never make things up.
- Clarity. A clear match score, concrete gaps and specific edits — not vague advice.
- CVs that work with ATS. Clean, single-column templates that applicant tracking systems can read.
- Useful guides. Practical articles so you learn what works while you apply.

Frequently asked questions
Who is ResumeCaliper for?
Job seekers who already have a CV and want a version that fits a specific job they’re applying for.
Do you build a CV from scratch?
No. You start from your existing CV and a job description, then download an improved version. We never invent employers, job titles or skills.
How fast is it?
For a typical PDF or DOCX with selectable text, the score and the tailored draft are ready in about a minute. Always read every line before you apply.
How do you protect my data?
Privacy is part of how the product is built. Your contact details are replaced in your browser before upload, we never store your original CV, the AI provider doesn’t train on your data, and each downloadable file can be downloaded once and is then deleted. Scores, the job description and the rewrite source stay in History for up to 48 hours — including after that download. Nothing is kept longer than 48 hours.
